Southern Charm meets the Maine Coast

Carolyn and Wes were married last July in Cape Neddick, Maine.  This Tennessee couple had a vision of a classic Maine destination wedding. Their big day did not disappoint their guests-
all of whom traveled from South of the Mason Dixon Line!

Thanks to Nadra Edgerly of Nadra Photography for these beautiful pics.
All photos are Nadra's unless otherwise noted.
The fabulous Fairbourne house was chosen as the reception site and also as the
Bride's family "home base" for the week.

The ladies prepared for the big day with the expert assistance of
Kristin from Local Color Floral Design used fluffy hydrangeas to create the lovely florals for the
wedding day, including this festive hydrangea wreath.

The ceremony took place at the charming St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal Church
This stone church is so dramatic- guests couldn't help but hold their breath as
Carolyn entered the church on her Dad's arm.

Isn't this the most serene newly-wedded photo you have ever seen?
Following the ceremony, the wedding party proceeded to the cliff's edge for photos.

I snapped this one of photographer Nadra Edgerly's tough day at the office!
So Sweet!!!
Yes, the weather on this day was as beautiful as it looks.
Carolyn and Wes' guests enjoyed a wonderful buffet from the fabulous Blue Elephant Catering
under the crisp white tent from Special Events of New England

Such a fun couple!
I love this sequence of cake cutting photos! Erin Gardner from Wild Orchid Baking Company
created a delicate and delicious blueberry wedding cake adorned with local Maine blueberry branches.
The Free Downloads rocked the party all night!
The property is just a beautiful as the sun sets over the ocean!

It was such a pleasure to work with this wonderful, gracious couple and their families!
